Arrival
When you arrive at the Best Western Marks Tey Hotel, lesser abled guests and those requiring wheelchair access are advised to park in the car park to the front of the hotel. The front entrance to the hotel is suitable for wheelchair users.
Accommodation
The Best Western Marks Tey Hotel has 2 disabled bedrooms which are located on the ground floor of the hotel and have wider doors and lowered switches and amenities. The en-suite bathroom has grab rails and transfer space around the wc. The adapted bedrooms also feature an alarm cord, which alerts hotel staff by audible alarm and flashing light, should the occupant require assistance.

Public Areas
All public areas and amenities are located on the ground floor and there is a disabled toilet in these areas.
Conferences and Functions
The Dedham, Chelmer, Claudius, Gainsborough and Constable conference and meeting rooms are located on the ground floor of the hotel. The Balkan Suite, on the first floor has a lift. The Morland, Colne, Orwell, Deben, Stour and Witham Rooms, which are also located on the first floor, do not have lift access.
